WARRANTY

At PANELUX™, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our acoustic wood panels. In the unlikely event that your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us at customercare@panelux.ca. To help us assess the issue efficiently, kindly include:

• Clear photographs of the product from various angles and distances
• Photos of the original packaging (especially if damaged in transit)
• A short video, if necessary, to better illustrate the concern

Our manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of delivery. Should any issue arise within this period, our team will coordinate replacement parts, repairs, or in certain cases, a full replacement.

Please note:

• This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for residential use under normal conditions.
• The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, abnormal usage, or commercial use.

PRODUCT RETURNS

If you’re not completely satisfied with your PANELUX™ panels, you may initiate a return request within 14 days of delivery. Please email customercare@panelux.ca for authorization and instructions prior to shipping any items back.

Return Criteria:

Products must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging.

Returns must be free from:
• Stains, scratches, moisture, or discoloration
• Any signs of modification, cutting, drilling, or adhesive application
• Exposure to pets, smoke, or strong odors

Packaging & Shipping:

Customers are responsible for safely repackaging the panels using the original materials or suitable protective alternatives (e.g., bubble wrap).

Refund Processing:

• Once the returned items are received and inspected (typically within 1–3 business days), refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to returns requiring new packaging.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
