PANELUX carries a wide variety of products and with this we work with a large network of freight and courier companies in order to provide you with the fastest and most reliable shipping services available.

Currently, our focus is to service customers Canada-wide. As we continue to grow our networks, we will add and update the regions we service.

Courier/Parcel Shipping

All parcels are shipped from our Calgary, Alberta warehouse within 2 business days of the receipt of your order. We use Canada Post as our primary parcel courier as we have found they offer the largest service area, can provide PO Box service and have a vast network of Post Offices where shipments can be held for pickup. Canada Post offers incredibly competitive rates and provides similar levels of expedited shipping options.

In less common instances, we can use FedEx for parcel shipments. If your shipment requires delivery by FedEx, you will be notified ahead of time to ensure there are no foreseeable issues.

Pickup In Store – Calgary

If you are located in, around, or are visiting the Calgary area, we welcome you to arrange to pick up your order from our warehouse at no extra cost. In order to do so, please make arrangements beforehand by contacting customercare@panelux.ca or making a note while placing your order.

Skid Freight Shipping

Larger orders such as furniture, some outdoor products, and bulk purchases require that we ship your order via skid freight. Although your order will still leave our warehouse in 2 business days, the transport time may be extended as all skid freight travels through Canada by road only.

SHIPPING ZONES

We offer shipping throughout Canada. Shipping rates vary by province from $199 – $699 depending on our freight shipping costs. To find your rate, please proceed to checkout with your items. This offer applies to addresses located in Canada and within our regional service areas.

Collect Shipments

If you have a freight account with a preferred courier and would like to have your shipment sent collect, we are happy to arrange this on your behalf. All customers who request shipments to be sent collect assume the risks and responsibilities of issues created by using their own freight company.

Shipping Beyond Our Standard Service Area

We strive to offer affordable and competitive delivery options for everyone who shops with us within Canada.

Orders to remote or less populous locations outside of our standard service area in Canada are subject to additional shipping fees.

IF THERE ARE ANY CONCERNS OVER THE CONDITION OR POSSIBLE DAMAGE, DO NOT ACCEPT OR SIGN FOR THE SHIPMENT AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. THIS WILL ENSURE WE CAN ADDRESS AND RECTIFY ANY ISSUES THROUGH THE PROPER CHANNELS.
