WARRANTY
At PANELUX™, we take pride in delivering products that embody excellence in craftsmanship, design, and performance. In the rare event that your PANELUX™ product arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we are here to help.
To initiate a warranty claim, please email info@panelux.ca with the following:

Clear photographs of the product from multiple angles

Images of any damaged packaging (if applicable)

Short videos (if necessary) to help us assess the issue accurately
We offer a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship across all PANELUX lines:

PANELUX™ Acoustic Wood Slat Panels
-
PANELUX™ Marble (UV Marble Panels)
-
PANELUX™ Wood Veneer Panels
-
PANELUX™ Stone (Flexible Stone Veneer)
Depending on the issue, we will provide replacement parts, organize repairs, or issue a complete replacement.
Warranty Limitations

Warranties are non-transferable and valid only when products are used as intended under normal indoor conditions.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Improper installation
-
Misuse or neglect
-
Alteration or modification
-
Excessive moisture, high impact, or exposure to open flame
-
Commercial applications unless otherwise stated

Please Note: The warranty covers product defects only. It does not include installation, removal, labor costs, or incidental damages.
PRODUCT RETURNS
We want you to love your PANELUX™ purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in "as new" condition.

All original packaging and protective materials must be included.
The product must be:

Free from stains, scratches, marks, or any modifications
-
Free from moisture exposure, odours, and pet interaction
-
Intact, undamaged, and ready for resale
Return Process

Contact info@panelux.ca to initiate your return request and receive authorization.

Repackage the item(s) in original or protective packaging (e.g., bubble wrap, foam).

Return the product(s) to:

Shipping arrangements and costs

Ensuring items arrive undamaged

Once received and inspected (1–3 business days), refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Fees & Exclusions

A 10–15% restocking fee may apply, especially if repackaging is required.

Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.
-
Custom, special-order, or modified panels are final sale and non-returnable.

Installed or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.
